I started looking into the possibilities of painting on fabric, and how that would allow me to incorporate embroidery into my work.

Perception final piece

My final application for this line of work incorporated a multitude of the new mediums I picked up in the process, such as the use of wax pencil and embroidery. My choice to incorporate three versions of myself lends itself to the theme, as there is no telling which is the ‘real’ one. Moreover the use of text allowed me to display distress.
